This is a research study for people who voluntarily choose to take part. Please take your time to decide whether or not you wish to participate in the research.
This quantitative descriptive study will explore the impact of the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) on health care. Specifically, this study will focus on the impact occurring when individuals in a leadership role within the agency have a DNP.
Participants are asked to complete an anonymous survey answering demographic questions, multiple choice, and open-ended questions about their experiences as a DNP graduate in an administrative/leadership role. You will be able to share your thoughts regarding how to further define the needs of this role for improving health care. The survey is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Taking part in this study is your choice. You do not have to take part in this study and you may stop participating at any time. Your responses will be anonymous and cannot be linked back to you. Study results that are used in publications or presentations will be reported in the aggregate form.
We are offering four $50 gift cards to four of the participants who complete this survey. The participants will be chosen at random using a separate link in Qualtrics given at the end of this survey. You must complete the survey to be considered for the gift cards.
